1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service time shortened.

Full-service fees will still apply for shortened sessions.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgeries, recent treatments).

6. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Refunds & Returns

Services are non-refundable. Purchased packages can be used for other services.

8. Sanitation & Hygiene

We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.

Clients showing signs of illness may be asked to reschedule.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or health concerns that may pose a risk to staff or clients.
