Terms and Conditions​

1. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

​

3. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service time shortened.

  • Full-service fees will still apply for shortened sessions.

4. Health Conditions

  • Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

  • Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgeries, recent treatments).

6. Minors

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

​

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Services are non-refundable. Purchased packages can be used for other services.

​

8. Sanitation & Hygiene

  • We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.

  • Clients showing signs of illness may be asked to reschedule.

​

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or health concerns that may pose a risk to staff or clients.

10. Privacy Policy

  • All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
